About Me

I'm Connie - a digital designer, amatuer photographer, a mom, and friend living in the foothills of the Ozarks. I'm a Mississippi girl - born and raised - I enjoy cooking, the outdoors, camping, fishing, mud boggs, and college football - "Go Rebels"! 

On my blog you'll find the people, places and things I want to share with you. I've been desperately trying to learn how to use "manual" on the camera, so you will see my first attempts of what - hopefully turns into something beautiful. I'm really into thrift shopping for retro goodies - the 50's rock! - there are tremendous amounts of thrift stores in Arkansas that I have yet visited, so my adventures for retro goodies will be yours. I love to sew, crochet, embroidery, and scrapbook and will be sharing handmade crafts ideas. I thrive on organization, without it I'd be lost, I'll share tips that have helped me stay organized so that you can too. 

My life would be lost without - AvoJuice skin quencher by OPI, Sprite, and my Samsung Galaxy Note - best phone EVER! I adore anything burnt orange and olive green, Mod-Cloth, Ralph Lauren sunshades, and Mary Kay Satin Lips. 

I'm a collector of many things - cameras, vintage hat pins, and old craft magazines to name a few. I'm very organized and keep everything in it's place so it can be enjoyed. It's not always easy keeping things in their place, but with the occassional "spring" cleaning I always seem to find room for more.

I'm friendly, compassinate, forgetful, organized, patient, stubborn, sassy, and talkative.
